Rudolf Spielmann, the author of “The Art of Sacrifice in Chess”, and the well-known “The Last Romantic”, played this gem during a simultaneous exhibition in Passau. The Austrian master and one of the best attacking players of his time achieved an impressive score – 25 wins, 5 draws, and only one loss.
